Housekeeping or accommodation operations as it is called today play a significant role in today’s hospitality business. We here at the institute train students in the art of providing a clear, comfortable, and beautiful atmosphere for the guests. The students are instructed in skills like preparing rooms, stain-free linen, flower arrangements, etc.

Restaurant

Our fully air-conditioned service training restaurant with a seating capacity of 32 covers, offers one the most educational & first-hand experiences in fundamentals of the service industry (food & beverage) and hospitality of guests and runs simulations of various situations that one can encounter during their service practice. We have a mock bar, where we train the students in the art of conjuring delicious cocktails, gueridon service, and other concoctions.

Basic, Quantity & Advanced Training Kitchens

State-of-the-art hospitality and catering academy feature a professional training kitchen with the very latest industry-standard equipment. You are guided by experienced tutors, and dedicated, skilled professionals who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills.

Bakery and Pattiesere

We at GAIHM aim to teach our culinary students the core baking fundamentals, baking techniques, and the skills necessary to produce a wide array of baked items like cookies, pies, creams, custards, cakes, frozen desserts, and pastries.
